    The returned goods must be unused, or the contamination or failure caused by non-human defects, and the complete original packaging (including the outer packaging carton) must be retained. If you are unclear about the standard for returning goods, please contact MINEON customer service staff.


    Returns and exchanges are accepted in the following cases:


    Due to the negligence of the company, including: wrong delivery of goods, damaged packaging during delivery, and defective goods, etc., you can submit a return or exchange request to the customer service staff within the 30-day product appreciation period.


     If the product is returned/exchanged due to personal factors, such as the style you don’t like, you can also request a return or exchange to the customer service staff within the 30-day product appreciation period. The freight incurred by the return will be borne by the consumer.


    Returns cannot be accepted in the following cases:


    More than 30 days of product appreciation period or the product has been used, or damage caused by human factors, such as: contamination, failure, damage, wear, abrasion, scratches, dirt, affecting the quality of the product itself.


    If the packaging of the returned goods is damaged or incomplete, or the invoices and accessories are not complete, malicious or large-scale returns, and those who apply for a return or refund due to personal factors, if the same product is ordered next time, it cannot be requested to return it again.
